Ordering Policy: Payment is due in full at checkout. No holds and no deposits. This is a custom-made item; production begins after all required personalization details and photos are submitted.

Proofs are sent before production for approval. Please review all spelling, colors, photos, sizes, and details carefully before approving your order.

Two minor revisions are included. Major redesigns or concept changes may require an additional fee.

Due to the custom nature of all items, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production has started.
