Shipping policy

All orders are processed and fulfilled within the turnaround timeframe listed on each product page. Because all items are custom made, production times may vary depending on order volume, design approval, and item type.

Please note that shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Char & Charm Kreations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or transit issues beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Once tracking information is provided and an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Char & Charm Kreations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If an issue occurs during transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is ready.
