Proof Approval Policy

Please review your proof carefully before approving. Your approval confirms that you have checked and accepted the spelling, names, jersey numbers, colors, sizing details, design placement and overall layout shown on the proof.

Once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. If a change can still be made, an additional fee may apply.

Char & Charm Kreations is not responsible for customer-approved errors shown on the final approved proof. If the finished item does not match the approved proof because of a production error on our part, we will review the issue with you.

  • Standard custom-order turnaround is up to 2 weeks.
  • Rush orders are based on availability and may include an additional fee.
  • Orders are not secured until payment is received.
  • Production does not begin until the proof/draft is approved.
