Turnaround Time

All orders are completed based on the “Needed By” or “Deliver By” date submitted with your order. Please make sure your date is accurate before checking out.

Due to the variety of custom items we offer, turnaround times may vary depending on order size, design complexity, and production volume. Business days are Monday–Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround times.

Rush Orders

Orders needed within 10 business days or less require a Rush Fee to be added before production begins. Rush availability is limited and not guaranteed until approved.

Standard Rush: prioritized production
24–72 Hour Rush: placed at the front of the production queue (additional fee applies)

Please contact us before placing your order if you need your item in under 5 business days to confirm availability.

Important Notes

 Design and production begin after all required details, photos, and payments are received
 Delays in submitting information or approving proofs may delay your order
 Order updates are not provided daily; tracking information will be sent once your order ships or is ready for pickup
 Orders placed after Friday at 4 PM CST through the weekend will begin processing on the next business day (Monday)
