CUSTOM ORDER TURNAROUND

All personalized Apaches merchandise requires up to 10 business days for design and production. The turnaround period begins after payment, personalization details, and all required photos have been received.

A design proof may be provided for approval. Delayed responses or missing information may extend the completion date. Shipping or pickup time is not included in the 14-business-day production period.

Please verify all names, numbers, sizes, colors, and wording before submitting your order. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless Char & Charm Kreations LLC made an error.

Rush service is not currently available. Please order early if your merchandise is needed for a specific game or event.

Two minor revisions are included. Major redesigns or concept changes may require an additional fee.

Due to the custom nature of all items, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production has started.

Char & Charm Kreations is Not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, lost/stolen packages, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Local pickup details will be provided once your order is complete.
